This African Wild Dog aka Painted Wolf emerged from the background colours which were painted/collaged firstly using transparent papers made by Gelli plate printing coupled with an abstract acrylic painting.  I loved the feel these printmaking papers produced which reflected the patchwork coats of the dog.
